What we do

Real supplies, packed by hand, given with respect.

We turn donated supplies into hygiene and first-aid kits for unhoused neighbors in Cedar Rapids and Marion, and we’ve started donating supplies to partner organizations farther from home.

Boxes of gauze pads and abdominal pads, rolls of medical tape and lip balm donated by His Hands Free Clinic
Program 1 · Cedar Rapids & Marion

Medical supply kits.

We assemble hygiene and first-aid kits by hand and bring them to unhoused neighbors and local shelters. Each kit covers wound care, hygiene and basic comfort for someone living without steady access to any of them.

Program 2 · Beyond Iowa

Partner donations abroad.

We also collect supplies for community organizations outside Iowa. Rather than handing supplies out ourselves, we donate them to a trusted local partner, who puts them to use through its own programs.

  • First donation completed: Lions Club of Kanchipuram Host, Tamil Nadu, India
  • 264 supplies, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, gauze and surgical tape
  • Used through the club’s hospital and community service activities
